The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Client Development Assistant to join a busy marketing team at a global law firm. This individual will provide administrative support to the team, prepare marketing materials for clients and potential clients, assist with research, and help with special projects.
Responsibilities Include:
- Gather marketing and business development materials for clients and potential clients
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and custom marketing materials
- Assist with conference and event logistics and planning
- Conduct market research
- Track business development deadlines and other activities for the team
- Assist with other projects
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ year of administrative experience in a corporate setting
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
