Description

1. Responsible for international procurement, including but not limited to marketing, retail and administrative categories, and manage the entire Sourcing to Pay process.

2. Establish and continuously optimize the procurement process and management system, promote the separation of business and procurement, and prevent compliance risks.

3. Develop category procurement strategies, improve procurement maturity, ensure delivery quality.

4. Promote framework procurement, focus on cost reduction, and improve procurement efficiency.

5. Build supplier database, design quarterly evaluation criteria, improve supplier service quality, and establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with core suppliers.

Requirements

1. Bachelor s degree or above, fluent spoken and written English skill, Spanish is preferred.

2. More than 5 years of procurement experience, experience in related categories of overseas procurement is preferred.

3. Possess good procurement thinking and logic, preciseness, clear thinking and integrity, be strong awareness of internal control and responsibility.

4. Be proactive, adaptable, have good communication and coordination skills, and have strong understanding and execution capabilities.

5. Able to adapt to the fast-paced work and accept global business travel.
