Aprilaire is seeking a collaborative and customer focused 3rd Shift Assembler to join our team in Poynette, WI. There will be times where additional needs outside core business hours will be required.

Responsibilities:
Pay: $14.17 per hour AND incentive rate PLUS shift premium
Available Shifts:
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11 PM - 7 AM
Qualifications:
We will train qualified candidates (manufacturing experience a plus). Candidates for these positions must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Ability to operate equipment, troubleshoot, and problem solve
- Reading and understanding instructions and assembling products or their parts
- Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids, and must be able to perform simple math
- Must have a good command for the English language and be able to communicate, both written and verbal
- Dedication to quality and safety
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach
- Positive attitude and leadership skills
- Knowledge of lean principles desired, but not required
