AAFMAA is looking for a driven, out-going marketing professional to join the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating and overseeing marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring they are completed to specifications and within designated timelines.
  • Assist in providing deliverables to support important marketing, advertising, and promotional contract relationships.
  • Serve as the liaison between AAFMAA and the SpouseLink ambassadors, coordinating monthly meetings, an annual retreat and several events throughout the year.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of events and programs, including selecting and ordering collateral and giveaways, liaising with vendors, travel planning, and logistics.
  • Act as the main Marketing point-of-contact between subsidiaries and Centralized Marketing. Recurring expectations include ensuring brand compliance, briefing activities and reporting results to business partners and maintaining ongoing communication of relevant marketing activities to the business partner using digital sharing tools.
  • Maintain budget tracking while processing invoices for several vendors and partners in a timely manner
  • Coordinate brand compliance with Centralized Marketing
  • Assist with execution of brand marketing campaigns
  • Other duties, as assigned.


Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate confidence under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, positive attitude
  • Self-starter, excellent sense of prioritization and time management
  • Experience using HubSpot and project management tools such as Asana or Trello, a plus
  • Familiarity with the military community, a plus
