Job Description:

The Business Development Manager/Education Outreach Specialist (EOS) plays a crucial role in business development and promoting the awareness and education of Naked Prosthetics' partial-hand solutions to healthcare professionals. In this role, the EOS is entrusted with cultivating strong connections with healthcare practitioners across a multi-state territory, driving our mission forward.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional outreach strategies to identify business opportunities.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with industry partners that contribute to achieving business objectives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships through methods like cold calling, networking, and conference attendance to foster business growth.
  • Continuously explore innovative approaches for lead generation, identifying new opportunities and industry partnerships.
  • Conduct clinical education through workshops, presentations, and informational sessions in various settings.
  • Attend local and national meetings and conferences within the designated territory.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Team to identify leads and facilitate the transition to the purchasing phase.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing collateral, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Maintain a diverse pipeline of contacts that contribute to lead generation and new opportunities.
  • Stay updated on trends, developments, and current events in the Orthotics & Prosthetics field
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or sales
  • Experience in healthcare highly preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Acts with integrity in all ways at all times.
  • Dynamic personality with a flexible mentality, capable of adapting to different settings.
  • Ability to teach in one-on-one, small group, and classroom setting
  • Basic computer knowledge, familiar with MS Windows, particularly Excel and Word, web-based interfaces, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the year


The US base salary range (Washington residents) for this full-time position is $57,744 - $71,360 + bonus + benefits. The US base salary range (Oregon, Colorado, Utah residents) for this full-time position is $51,557 - $63,714 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
