Requirements**Must hold a TS/SCI with Poly to be considered**Must Have:Working on a team comprised of a wide variety of experienced personnel that provide coverage from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.Monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements,Developing and managing resource loaded project schedules using MS project,Articulate complex resource and technical issues to a range of audiences, andLead and manage enterprise level, multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project teams using the Agency Project Management Framework and Agile project management methodology.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.Minimum of 6 years related experience.Technical Skills: Knowledge of agency enterprise technical architecture, services-oriented architectures, security requirements, and operating environments, Agency IT components, missions and strategies, Familiarity with Intelligence Community issues, policies, systems, and working relationships. Strong analytic ability to evaluate programmatic data, resolve inconsistencies and propose solutions to project issues.
