Your Role:

As an Associate at Convelio in the Operations department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of art logistics. With your unique skill set and passion for innovation, you will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the industry.

What you'll do:

    • Provide quality Customer Service and manage client relationships with a range of clients, including auction houses, galleries and interior designers.
    • Take initiatives to develop & enhance processes to offer a seamless experience to our clients.
    • Coordinate all operations from the collection of an artwork through various customs procedures to final delivery, ensuring that everything goes as planned and that KPIs / SLAs are constantly met.
    • Pricing shipments quotes for our clients using our pricing algorithm as well as information provided by our transporters.
    • Solve complex operational topics an manage incidents all the way to resolution, maintaining client communication.
    • Be a business partner with the product & engineering teams providing regular and constructive input on tools, processes, pricing, or any topic that can increase the quality and efficiency of our operations.


Your profile:
    • Experience in the art or design industry.
    • Customer service experience.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce.
    • Being comfortable picking up the phone and meeting clients face to face to ease communication.
    • Ideally, having a first experience dealing with customs and international shipping.
    • Adaptability, to flourish in a constantly changing start-up environment.
