One of our top partners has an opening supporting and growing business in the greater Phoenix regional. They are a global player in the packaging space known for their focus on partnership and innovation with clients and support of personal and professional growth with their team.
The position is looking for someone that is experienced in driving double digit growth and someone that enjoys being out in front of partners. You will have the ability to run your territory like your own business and be incentized by a great variable comp plan.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Follow the sales process cycle in order to provide samples, quotations and updates in a timely manner.
- Develop a strong and detailed understanding of the design, production and manufacturing operations.
- Introduce value added and new packaging innovations to customers supported by local design, marketing and experience center.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree preferred.
- 3 or more years of expeirence selling in the packaging industry
- Ability to drive double digit growth
