This position is responsible for implementing and managing all social marketing programs for all Fearless Restaurants brands.

Essential Functions

Implement and manage current social media marketing strategy across all the Philadelphia market restaurants social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube,and X to increase brand awareness. Create all content including posts, reels, stories, and videos using Sendible calendar. Manage/respond to all comments, tags, and check-ins. Keep social media sites current, updating the linktrees images/tags with seasonal promotions and upcoming events.

Monitor social media analytics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with the Directors of Marketing and Public Relations (PR) to ensure brand consistency in all aspects of social media. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools.

Support and direct restaurant teams in supplementing content for their iCloud photos. Shoot new content, including new menus, beverages, headshots, etc. Oversee and direct 3rd party photo shoots. Manage all shared images in Dropbox. Ensure folders are kept organized and photo naming protocols are implemented.

Assist in maintaining all Marketing Calendars, ensuring complete copy, links, and details. Create graphics and signage for store events as needed. Assist with providing website content that is current and special events are consistent from the calendar to websites to social media to ticketing sites as required. Assist with the Fearless store, including managing items, images, and posters.

Support the Marketing and PR Department with any other needs that may include special events, email blasts, menus, or other administrative work.

Provide monthly/quarterly and yearly analytics as needed. Contribute to the library of best practices, including but not limited to photo libraries, industry trends, and case studies as related to social media marketing execution and sales/market share growth.

Be visible on the store level daily, working with chefs and managers to generate fresh content and to build solid working relationships with the teams.

Actively participate in weekly marketing meetings as well as senior team meetings, providing insight into how to improve and grow the social media program.

Must monitor social media analytics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Supportive Functions

In addition to essential performance functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions. Half of the time working with the Director of Marketing and Director of Public Relations, based upon their requirements; and the other half dedicated to implementing social media.

  • Professionally represent Fearless Restaurants and the subject matter expert for community and industry events, as well as at each restaurant.
  • Participate as a team player with restaurant management and staff
  • Provide constructive feedback to the marketing department
  • Continue to develop skills

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge skills, and abilities:

  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace to facilitate the communication process
  • Requires good presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Must possess computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, other Adobe programs, and web content software programs.
  • Must be skilled at Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
  • Must be comfortable with smartphones and taking photos. iPhone is preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation to visit all the restaurants in the Philadelphia market.
  • Must be able to work some evenings as needed to attend events.
  • Must utilize the home office as their home base when not onsite at one of the restaurants

Qualification Standards

Education: High school degree, bachelor s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
  • Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to present their social media examples for evaluation
  • Exceptional communication skills for relationship management with influencers and followers.

Proficient in proofreading to ensure accurate and high-quality content.
