Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Proactively identify and address project risks and challenges to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, leading by example and motivating team members to deliver excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
