Our client is a growing collection agency looking for an experienced Director of Collections with 3rd party collection agency experience.

Responsibilities of Director of Collections include:
- Coach collection managers regarding collections policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA and other government regulations and company policies.
- Monitor performance metrics.
- Provide leadership in quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in hiring and training.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years recent experience managing at a collection agency.
- Hands-on with ability to mentor collection managers and collectors
- Strong on collection strategy and tactics including mid and large balance portfolios.
- Able to manage portfolios to hit targeted liquidation rates.
- Analytic abilities including working knowledge of Excel.
