Position Summary
The Tank Wash Coordinator assists Tank Wash with any projects and/or daily duties that may arise.
Shift: 8am-4:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize tools and software in order to compile specific reporting metrics for company customers.
- Research answers to various customer complaints, interface with customers to provide resolutions, and utilize required communication channels.
- Conduct visits to company terminals and plants as required.
- Foster timely responses between operations and customer.
- Maintain financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls.
- Contribute to the Total Clean team effort by accomplishing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and maintain an accurate filing system through the use of a scanner or filing cabinet.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Job Requirements:Education and Experience:- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- At least 1 years' experience working in an office setting
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in the trucking or transportation industry

Language Skills:- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently; Spanish preferred
Physical Demands: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- May be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel; reach with hand and arms, and stoop, kneel or crouch as needed.
- Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Work Environment: - The position typically operates in a standard office environment.
- This position routinely uses office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, file cabinets, and fax machines.
