Our Stark County, Ohio based client is a dynamic and rapidly growing D2C tech-enabled consumer products company that is building a global growth platform, acquiring and evolving e-commerce brands into household brands. With a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and market leadership, we are seeking a dynamic, gritty and strategic IT Manager to join their team.


Reporting to the Director of Technology, the IT Manager will be assisting the Director in all aspects of the company s information technology infrastructure and operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies that support our clients goals and objectives.

Identify opportunities for technological innovation and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, and hardware. Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT systems.

Build and maintain a catalog of company IT policies and procedures.

Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect data and systems from cybersecurity threats.

Monitor and protect mail flow from spam and phishing emails.

Meet scheduled milestones to ensure project/program objectives are met in a timely manner.

Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and service agreements with third party vendors as needed.

Assist in the development, maintenance and evolution of business continuity and disaster

recovery plans to ensure the resilience of IT systems and operations.

Serve as a point of contact for IT-related matters, both internally and externally.

Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT department.

Support other business units with access and troubleshooting for a wide array of tools and systems.


Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience in an IT leadership role, preferably as a Supervisor or Manager.

Technical expertise in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network security, and cloud computing.

Solid understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively

with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong ability to adapt in a fast-changing business environment.
