**Description**
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Tally entire product inventory in designated stocking locations, by recording counts on paper, keying into a computer terminal or using a handheld bar code reader to scan merchandise labels to capture detail information.
* Prepare and submit inventory control reports to Supervisor utilizing word processing applications and spreadsheets for inventory control documentation.
* Complete required training and acquire skill set to operate a stand up forklift to count bulk stock locations.
**Skills/Qualifications/Education/Licenses & Certifications:**
* High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Forklift operator license; issued by Augusta Sportswear following the completion of scheduled training and passing both a written and a driving test.
* Computer skills, working knowledge and administration of Smart Office inventory programs, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

**Physical Demands:**
* Good color vision preferable. Frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
**Work environment:**
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and dust or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

**Job Type: Full-time**
Rate of pay: $14.00 - $17.00/hour DOE
Schedule: 8:30am 5:00pm M-F, 1st shift
