Our client located in Germantown, WI is seeking to fill a 3rd shift Desktop Support Role. In this role this person would be responsible for software installations, pc deployments, printer issues, application support, and providing tier 2 support to their end users. Below are additional details about this role:
Contract Terms: 6 month contract-to-hire; 40 hours a week!!
Location: 3rd shift Onsite in Germantown, WI
Start Date: ASAP could start next week!
Must Have 2+ year of Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Suite troubleshooting
- Windows Server knowledge understanding windows and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Active Directory user administration, added users, correcting user profiles
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
