Links Technology Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Technical Writer to fill an opening with an Information Technology company.

Responsibilities of the Technical Writer

Develop and write a variety of technical content, including user guides, configuration guides, API documentation, and online help
Partner with subject matter experts to gain a deep understanding of technologies and solutions
Apply strong information architecture principles to organize content in a logical and easy-to-navigate way
Continuously improve the quality, usability, and efficiency of technical documentation
Experiment with innovative content formats, such as video tutorials and interactive content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all documentation aligns with Company s branding and messaging

Qualifications of the Technical Writer

5+ years of experience writing technical documentation for complex products and technologies
A proven track record of delivering high-quality content on time and within budget
Excellent writing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
The ability to learn new technologies quickly and translate them into clear, concise language for a variety of audiences
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and content authoring tools a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a collaborative working style
Experience with Cisco products and technologies
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, cybersecurity, or AI/ML
Experience with content strategy, information architecture, or user experience (UX) design
