Job Description
Warehouse Worker (Assemblers) needed for Production Facility in various Locations in N. Charleston, Ladson, Summerville and Moncks Corner.
Shift: 7am-3:30pm shift may vary base on location.
*Rate of Pay: From $15.00/hour to $19.00/hr based on experience and location.
- Use hand and power tools assemble parts and subassemblies.
- Read and comprehend production order documentation, product drawings and identify part numbers.
- Inspect and troubleshoot components.
- Complete documentation and update the product assembly records during the build process.
- Moving finished goods for testing and packing.
- Participating in cross-training activities
- Applying all safety measures and adhering to company policies.
Position Requirements: - High School diploma or equivalent education required.
- 1 to 3 years of mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to read, understand basic work instructions, product drawings, or diagrams.
- Capable of troubleshooting, testing and repairing components.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to listen to and follow directions.
- Flexibility and a desire to learn is essential to your success in this role.
Education:- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to stand/walk/move about specific work area.
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Continually required to lift/push/carry items less than/ up to 50 pounds.
- Vision is required to analyze and process work; and to work on computer terminal/machine centers, etc.
