WH Recruiting recruits contractors throughout the US to complete renovations on Single Family Properties.
Project Manager Role consist of but not limited to:
-Secure subcontractor(s) to complete projects throughout the US.
- Negotiate pricing with field subcontractor
- Secure completion date for project.
- Motivate field contractors through incentives and kickbacks.
- Enter Estimated Complete Dates per trade within client specific portal.
- Confirm and supervise that subcontracted projects are executed according to the project's specifications and processing needs reflected in future guidelines.
- Confirm Field workmanship passes clients field inspection.
$700-800 per week Salary
