Contract Healthcare Volunteer Coordinator - Onsite w/Northwestern Medicine Hospital in Chicago, IL 60611
Location: 251 E. Huron Street, Chicago, IL 60611
Pay rate: $18/hr. - $20/hr. W2
Duration: 3+ months - possible extension or hire into client
Minimum 2 year of administrative office experience
Customer service orientation
Candidate possess active listening skills, interpersonal skills, follow-through, patience and empathy
Process and deadline oriented
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Computer programs: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word
Database management (Volgistics experience would be a plus)
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to walk long distance within the hospital
Ability to push outpatients in a wheelchair
Previous experience working with volunteers would be a plus
