Position Title: IT Finance Leader
Salary Range: 145k-175k (depending on experience)
Preferred Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Schedule) or Remote with Occasional Travel (2-4 times per year)

The IT Finance Leader will be responsible for overseeing the utilization and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) within the organization. This role entails collaborating closely with accounting teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive the implementation of recommended solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, coupled with extensive experience in D365 F&O implementations and management. Will lead a team consisting of a Business Analyst, a Business Analyst/Project Manager, and a D365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure the effective utilization of the platform's functionality, customizations, and Integrated Software Vendor (ISV) solutions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with D365 Finance and Operations implementations.
- 4+ years in IT people management.
- Strong accounting knowledge or background.
- Proven track record of collaborating with accounting teams to make recommendations and drive process improvements.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, relationship building, etc.
- Familiarity with one-stream financial software is a HUGE plus.
