This position will operate the loader, manage materials inventory, perform yard cleanup, operate the dredge, and wash plant, and perform maintenance around the pit and on other equipment.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** The basic responsibilities of the Loader/Dredge Operator includes, but not limited to the following.
* Charging trucks with raw materials with wheel loader pursuant to plant output expectations.
* Management of materials inventory at acceptable levels.
* Perform general maintenance of loader, greasing and other mechanical duties.
* Perform general maintenance around the pit and on other equipment as needed.
* Run the dredge and wash plant when needed.
* Involvement in company Safety Program with respect to lockout/tagout, and right to know information with regard to loader mine safety.
* Manage yard with respect to recycled concrete in blocks or paving on an ongoing basis.
* Perform paperwork with respect to the loader, other equipment and inventories.
* Plant maintenance
* Other duties assigned by management.
