LEAD DIESEL MECHANIC AND LUBE TECH POSITIONS OPEN FOR MOBILE MECHANIC BUSINESS:

LEAD MECHANIC=$28-$40 DOE
-Oversee and lead a team of mechanics in performing maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective solutions.
-Strong electrical abilities.
-Diesel and air brakes a plus.
-JPRO proficient gets you more money.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment are in proper working order.
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor junior mechanics.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and equipment.
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and equipment, JPRO knowledge a big plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license, this is a must have. CDL a plus.
