What is the position?
The Lead Financial Systems Support Analyst will maintain and monitor the organization's financial applications to maximize performance and provide support to end users.
What are the responsibilities?
As a Lead Financial Systems Support Analyst, you will:
- Maintain and monitor corporate financial systems and solutions.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the financial applications.
- Build relationships with customers and develop solutions based on needs.
- Provide technical/functional assistance for the financial applications.
- Provide troubleshooting and corrective action to resolve issues.
- Monitor service request backlog.
- Maintain documentation and process standards.
- Complete high-level designs to meet defined requirements.
- Mentor team members as needed.
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related
- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC) applications and technologies
- 3+ years experience with SQL and Oracle databases
- 3+ years experience with application development or programming
- 2+ years experience with Onestream
- Experience troubleshooting issues across multiple systems
- Experience supporting resources who are performing system testing
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment
- Able to think critically and solve problems independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
