THE ROLE
As the Lead Bioinformatics Scientist, your responsibilities will include:
- Expanding current Python code base for this company s assay design pipeline
- Analyzing PCR-focused datasets for product-development efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally on assay design projects
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
The successful Lead Bioinformatics Scientist will have the following skills and experience:
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, etc.
- Expertise in computational work around assay design
- Extensive Python and SQL experience
- Past work with digital assays highly desirable
- Design control process experience highly desirable
