What You'll Do:

  • Safety Advocate: Collaborate with site leadership and EHS Representatives to uphold EHS policies and instill best practices across the organization.
  • Safety Strategist: Develop and flawlessly execute safety and environmental protocols, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal OSHA regulations. You'll lead safety training, covering topics from hazardous material handling to fire prevention and fall protection.
  • Investigative Expert: Analyze industrial accidents and health risks, providing insights for our company and external agencies.
  • Hazards Detector: Conduct facility inspections to pinpoint potential hazards and drive proactive measures for a safer environment.
  • Action Driver: Lead accident and injury investigations with precision, playing a pivotal role in enhancing workplace safety.
  • Reporting Pro: Prepare and submit accident and environmental reports, ensuring alignment with company and regulatory requirements. Lead risk assessments and audits for cutting-edge safety measures.
  • Regulation Collaborator: Work with external consultants to maintain environmental permits and compliance reports.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven progressive experience in roles within EHS, driving safety excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
  • Exceptional training skills to effectively educate managers and employees on safety concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills in investigating safety concerns.


The compensation package includes a competitive base salary and short-term incentive-based programs.
