**Requirements**
* *Excellent customer service skills to support independent retail grocers in McComb, MS.*
* *High degree of attention to detail in order to eliminate errors, order product, verify product, and stock/rotate product.*
* *Enjoy working on own with little supervision.*
* *Dedicated, dependable, and on time to meet needs of independent retail grocers.*
* *Knowledge of HBC/GM products preferred.*
* *Valid and clear motor vehicle driving record.*
* *Ability to use a two-step stool to reach and handle product.*
* *Ability to work 15-18 hours per week.*
**Summary**
Ordering, stocking and merchandising all HBC/GM departments in member /retailer stores. Selling surveys of In/Out displays. Working new items and selling displays for contracted clients of Merchandising Services.
**This is a part-time position working 15-18 hours weekly.**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**
- Order HBC/GM merchandise for member/retailers stores.
- Check in the entire order. This includes cases and totes.
- Stocking, Rotating, Pulling Discontinued Items and Dusting all HBC/GM departments in member/retailer stores each time the store is worked.
- Locate HBC/GM displays in store's warehouse and asking store management about getting them placed on the sales floor.
- Pull one of each incoming item that is on a HBC/GM display and verify that each item is in the system.
- Each time a new item is received, take the actual new item(s) and give to store personnel for input into front end system.
- Notify the Store Manager and/or supervisor of any errors in shipping and/or out dated product.
- Leave a copy of the Shortages form w/ store management once a credit number has been issued by Customer Service. A copy must be maintained by the person working the store that day for a minimum of sixty (60) days.
- Fill out Complete and Accurate Credit Return forms
- Make sure private label (Top Care) products are merchandised to the right of the comparable national brand.
- Display proper signage for all HOT 100 products as well as all Top Care items.
- Develop a good working relationship with member/retailer.
- Work in new items and replace slow and non-selling items.
- Complete and turn in correct hours by no later than 11:59pm every Saturday.
- Fax timesheets to the correct fax numbers.
- Complete and turn in all paperwork that has been requested by the assigned deadline.
- Presents surveys to store management and sell displays.
- Call Supervisor by no later than 10:00am every Thursday with hours and sales.
- Attend all Area Meetings in their Assigned area.
- Read and Understand the entire Weekly Message Letter.
**Education and/or Experience**
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations**
* Must have a valid drivers license and an appropriate motor vehicle record.

* Knowledge of HBC/GM
