Role Summary MetaPhase Consulting is currently supporting almost every division within CISA through planning, performance, budget and execution (PPBE process).
In support of this project, MPC is seeking a Budget Analyst with 2+ years of experience and excellent interpersonal skills to provide.
What You Will Be Doing - Assist with the submittal of the Monthly Measurement Reporting Process.
- Support of two measurement results, the first being the number of investments reviewed and the second is the accumulated funding for that month's investments.
- Support stakeholder reports and engagement
- Support and collaborate with CISA CIO to review SOWs to determine if a procurement meets the requirements for investment. The team has extended its expertise to include investment management since that is a focus area for CISA CIO.
- Support examining SOOs and SOWs and makes recommendations for improvements and tracks wins
What We Need From You (Required) - A minimum of 2 or more years of direct experience in budget execution, formulation, management, or PPBE
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to create a path forward with minimal oversight
- Prior federal budget experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel or similar products
- US citizen (No 1099)

Education Level Minimum associate degree in business administration or related field
Clearance Level Ability to obtain Public Trust U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
