Job Description
One of Insight Global's large healthcare clients is in need of a patient services representative. This individual will support their financial services department between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm. This individual will be responsible for customer service responsibilities. The duties include; answering inbound calls, gathering and interpreting information and then relaying the information to the clinical team.
