The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across its many operating locations. Our focus includes the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh, activities associated with customer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WAN) and unified communication (UC) services.

Join CACI as a Senior Quality/Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Lead!

What will you do:Develop, document, implement, maintain, and continuously improve a high-level Quality Management System (QMS) that complies with current ISO 9001 and 27001 standards

Ensure QMS documents the organization s quality management structure, roles, responsibilities and authority, personnel designated to perform QM functions, and the qualifications of designated quality representatives.

Document the processes and procedures used to enforce strict use of technical data.

Implement processes and procedures to establish and maintain an effective training program to ensure technical proficiency of contractor personnel.

Interface with the government s Quality Assurance Program Coordinator for any changes to the QMS

Oversee quality for all products and services.

Maintain records of inspection.

Assist the PM with monitoring cost, schedule, and performance, and take corrective action for any negative variances.

Take corrective action for nonconformances identified during government surveillance or internal inspections.

Provide oral and written briefs, presentations, and professional reports to Government senior leaders and decision makers.

Develop and review detailed or complex technical documents.

Supervises employees, typically junior or mid-level

Sets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results

Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders

Projects/process management

Will influence others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures

Experience:Candidate viability will be determined based on the following combination of years of applicable experience + education:High School/GED + 9 Yrs

Associates + 7 Yrs

Bachelors +5 Yrs

Masters + 3 Yrs

PhD +1 Yrs

Additional minimum qualifications:DOD 8570 or IAT II certification

Experience and familiarity with a high-level Quality Management System (QMS) that complies with current ISO 9001 and 27001 standards.
