Oracle EBS Support Specialists (Fully Remote, W2 Contract, Full-time, Part-time)
About Us:
We are a leading firm specializing in providing top-tier remote-based support and solutions for Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) applications. Our global customer support team is expanding, and we're looking for experienced professionals in Oracle APPS DBA, Oracle Financials, and Oracle HRMS & Payroll modules.
Position Summary:
As part of our dedicated team, you'll play a key role in offering exceptional support for mission-critical Oracle EBS applications across a diverse set of modules including, but not limited to, Oracle General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, eBusiness Tax, Cash Management, HRMS, and Payroll. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, supporting, and providing solutions for our global clients, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Solve complex issues through methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of Oracle EBS applications functionality and technology.
Provide remote-based functional and technical support & training for multiple EBS modules.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs, support business change, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
Manage multiple cases related to complex EBS & Database issues.
Contribute to a support organization operating 24x7x365, requiring flexible work hours.
Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to extend field experience to different client situations.
Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Direct support of Oracle application end-users in a Corporate environment.
Extensive experience with Oracle EBS modules, including full lifecycle implementation, configuration, and administration.
Expertise in SQL tuning, database tuning, and performance tuning across the entire stack.
Strong troubleshooting skills, customer support focus, and excellent communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle technology stack including Database, iAS, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Java, Enterprise Manager, SOA, WebLogic, Workflow Mailer, and JVM.
Hands-on operational expertise with technologies including RAC, SSO, Dataguard, Golden Gate, High Availability, and Backup/Recovery.
Knowledge of Oracle

maintenance/patching

mechanics and EBS architecture.
Engagement Details:
Fully remote, W2 contract positions.
Any Time Zone
Engagements ranging from 3-12 months.
Hours ranging from 20-40 per week, depending on the engagement.
