Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial strategy and operations of our growing Arizona-based company in the transportation and logistics sector.
• Analyze the company's financial performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and implementing strategies for improvement.
• Drive the development of corporate and subsidiary budgets to support strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software systems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership in staff succession planning and support the company's growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience and at least 10 years in a CFO role.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, NAFTA, and international industry laws.
• Proven track record of success in financial leadership within the transportation or logistics industry.
