Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers is seeking a Practice Managerfor its very successful and very busy health center in AtlanticCounty, New Jersey. The successful candidate will work closely withsenior management, physicians, nursing staff, support staff andcolleagues to direct, lead and oversee the day to day operations ofthe health center.Hours:

This is a full-time position with Mondaythrough Friday business hours and Saturdays as needed.Pay Range:

Commensurate with experiencePosition Responsibilities/Duties:* Assist the Chief Operating Officer in planning, organizing,staffing, managing and controlling the operations of the center*Supervise all line personnel; motivate staff to perform their dutiesto the best of their abilities* Oversee patient data collectionand ensure its integrity* Ensure that billing information isprocessed and forwarded to the corporate office by the following day;ensure that all fees are collected, safely stored and deposited as perpolicy* Prepare facility for smooth, efficient, daily operation;complete ambulatory check list weekly* Monitor and ensure thatstaffing levels are in line with the budget and utilizedadequately* Monitor and ensure that all expenses are withinbudget guidelines* Ensure compliance with all policies andprocedures, and ensure the center operates in accordance withcontractual obligations* Ensure the proper safeguarding andmaintenance of all company and medical records, and that the center isin compliance with all state and federal regulations* Prepareall mandatory reports accurately and in a timely manner*Represent the facility and participate in meetings, outreach programsand community involvement activities* Responsible for regulatorycompliance, including, but limited, NJDOMSS-Ambulatory licensing,CLIA/lab, DEPE, federal requirements, HIPAA, FQHC Uncomp, MA/MED,etc* Other duties as assignedExperience and Skills:

Position Requirements:* Bachelor's degree (preferably in Healthcare Administration, PublicHealth or related field)* 3-5 years relevant experience inhealth care management* Experience in an ambulatory care settingis highly desired* MBA, MPH or MHA is preferred* Abilityto handle and prioritize multiple projects* Knowledge ofmedical billing* Supervisory experience and excellent customerservice skills* Must have outstanding leadership qualities* Must have a passion for public service and a commitment to diversity
