Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Principal Consultant to join our Solutions and Consulting Business Unit in New York. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in consulting, particularly in working with Private Equity value creation teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in digital strategy, product management, and program management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges and develop tailored digital strategy solutions.
- Lead and manage large-scale consulting projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes within deadlines and budget.
- Engage with Private Equity value creation teams, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring best practices in product and program management are followed.
- Deliver outstanding presentations and effectively communicate complex ideas to a range of stakeholders.
- Travel extensively to client sites for consultations, strategy sessions, and project management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, continually enhancing our consulting offerings.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputed institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role.
- Prior experience working with Private Equity value creation teams.
- Exceptional skills in digital strategy consulting, product management, and program management.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Ability to travel extensively to meet with clients.
