We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our Team for a large leading, global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions, dedicated to shaping, growing, and bettering the RV, marine, automotive, and commercial vehicle and building products industries.
Position Overview:
- The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy lifting and order picking.
- Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday- Friday (Temp-Hire).
- Pay Rate: $19.00/hr. Weekly Pay, direct deposit.

Job Responsibilities:
- Must have experience operating a Cherry Picker. Stand-up Reach lift a plus (Raymond Brand).
- Preparing orders for shipping. The picker will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions, and arrange product on pallets.
- Locating items such as automotive hitches using barcodes, serial numbers, etc. using RF gun.
- Updating stock inventory after each item is retrieved.
- Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area.
- Stocks all goods in appropriate in-bin locations, assists in physical inventories, and processes customer returns daily.
- Employee must be flexible to cross train.
- Follow OSHA standards for safe operation of the lift truck.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience as order picker and forklift experience.
- To ensure success in this position you will need to perform to a high level of accuracy.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50lbs. repeatedly.
- Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.
- This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
- Must be comfortable working in hot environment temperatures during peak season/summer. (Non-Climate controlled facility).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Steel toe shoes required.
- Reliable transportation.
