The Administrative Assistant will perform various administrative and analytical support duties for the Compensation and Career Strategies Practice.

The role will include drafting and editing reports in PowerPoint and Word, contract management, vendor bill processing, and meeting and logistics planning.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Drafting and editing of client-related reports and proposals in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Administrative responsibilities include the ability to coordinate, schedule, and plan meetings for the Practice and travel for the Practice Leader.

High level of engagement and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients, external organizations, and vendors and, to manage production needs, project deliverables and other deliverables.

Flexibility and ability to multi-task, jump between projects and set priorities with a high level of professionalism within a fast-paced environment.

Articulate, polished communication skills - excellent grammar, clear professional written communication.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet objectives demonstrating a strong sense of project ownership, and judgement.

Exposure to confidential client data and processing and tracking client and vendor invoices with our financial services team.

Qualifications:

Advanced working proficiency of all levels of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

2 years of experience supporting a large team in a fast-paced professional services environment, providing administrative and operational support is highly desirable.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience highly preferred

Highly organized with a high level of attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communicator and a proactive team player.

Strong proofreading and editing skills.

Ability to analyze, create and present data in written and graphical format.

Logistical/Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings and events.

Ability to identify problems and proactively independently solve for and propose solutions.

The current salary range for this position is $54,000 to $65,000 plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance.
