About this position:
The Maintenance Helper is required to help with the extra building maintenance that happens during the summer months. The majority of the work that is performed by this temporary employee is landscaping maintenance, mainly mowing lawns.
About this job:
- Mow lawns, trim trees and general clean-up around facilities
- Assist Maintenance Technicians with office and furniture moves
- Minor painting
- Miscellaneous building cleaning
- Changing HVAC filters
- Cleaning and organizing
- Other duties as assigned
- Safely perform individual lifts of parts, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to chest level
- Assist mailroom staff when assigned
- Other duties as assigned
