Packager/Processor Associate


Job Details

Our client is seeking to hire Packaging / Quality Control Associates to join their team in Boulder, CO. This is a temporary role with pay ranging from $18.50 an hour and requires open availability but is a day shift position.


Responsibilities:


  • This operator works closely with the cure room manager to ensure that the quality of the product is up to standards before it makes it to the packaging department
  • They will be picking stems, crows feet, etc. from products that has been trimmed and cure
  • Occasionally assisting other departments with things like pulling orders or tubing joints
  • High-volume repetitive work
  • Assisting with production and daily duties, as needed


Desired Qualifications:


  • A CO MED Badge is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Top-notch attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Food handling experience
  • Reliable transportation


Working conditions:


  • Long periods of sitting and/or standing, noisy work environment, warehouse temperature affected by outside conditions
  • Must be okay in a climate-controlled environment that is consistently between 55-65F


Physical requirements:


  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
