*Job Overview:** We are seeking a energized team player to join our growing team to delivery materials to our local customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over short or long distances while operating a variety of trucks *Responsibilities:** - Safely operate trucks to transport goods to various destinations - Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment - Perform routine maintenance on trucks, such as checking oil, water, and tires - Follow traffic laws and regulations at all times - Communicate with dispatchers to ensure efficient delivery routes - Keep detailed driving logs and reports *Requirements:** - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a good driving record - Experience in driving flatbed trucks. The loading and unloading will be taught. - Forklift experiance is a plus but not required (can be tought on the job). - Strong physical stamina for loading/unloading and long hours of driving - Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus - Automotive repair skills are beneficial Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26 - $29.00 per hour Supplemental pay types: Yearly bonus Trucking home time: Home daily Trucking route: Local Work Location: In person
