Reporting to our Wholesale Majors Account Executive, the Wholesale Majors Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our wholesale operations by managing relationships with our network of wholesale partners, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing and Sales Support: Process wholesale orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Assist the Sales team with order inquiries, product information, and sales materials as needed
  • Client Communication: Serve as the secondary point of contact for Wholesale Majors clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Wholesale Marketing: Manage all Wholesale marketing projects from start to finish (This includes but is not limited to ensuring all accounts have their website needs met, and training material for associates)
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and the the pre booking system by account from start to finish
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance wholesale operations
  • Prioritizes effectively based on expectations and business goals, assess the importance of tasks and issues, communicating to Senior Manager as appropriate
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Core Competencies and Accomplishments:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in wholesale operations, sales support, or customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Takes initiative, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in order processing and record-keeping, anticipates and responds quickly to problems and takes appropriate action
  • Displays resourcefulness responds creatively, practically, and with composure to challenging situations
  • Passion for product, fashion and culture, with a pulse on current and past trends
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, delivers clear, concise, and well-organized messages, written and verbal with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic fast-paced environment
