If you are an attorney with at least 10-years of project development experience and want to work for a renewable energy company on large, impactful projects handling complex legal work for a company with a start-up mentality but backed by one of the world s most established and stable companies, this is the role for you! Specifically, you will have the chance to negotiate, draft, and manage the legal aspects of large projects, including EPCs and other construction-related agreements, O&Ms, pipeline lateral and interconnect agreements, and real estate transaction documents.
