We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and work directly with our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's success by providing exceptional attention to detail, follow-up and organization. Responsibilities:


  • Manage main lobby and greet visitors
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating logistics of events
  • File documents electronically in Laserfiche
  • Responsible for the preparation and execution of regularly scheduled reports
  • Liaise with executive leadership to handle requests and queries from advisors
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate and execute advisor lunch meetings
  • Support special projects as needed
  • Other general administrative duties including but not limited to: answer and direct office phone calls, coordinate schedules and prepare forms



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven administrative experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe
  • Superior organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, make sound decisions and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member
  • High standards of professionalism, strong work ethic
