Responsibilities

  • Achieves financial objectives
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided
  • Maintain inventory control, making sure that the store s merchandise is properly displayed and tagged.
  • Manages and trains sales personnel, ensuring the assigned retail store is clean and attractive, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Makes certain that all company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs.
  • Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills by inspiring, engaging, and motivating the team to succeed.

Job Qualifications

  • Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience required
