HAYS has partnered with a National Real Estate owner and operator that is looking for a Multifamily Property Manager to oversee the operations on a Class B 400-unit garden style property in Littleton, CO.
Your new role
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the following...
- Oversee team and general administrative functions of property.
- Maintain consistent, clear, and professional communication for all residents.
- Coordinate with residents and maintenance teams for all maintenance related issues.
- Collect monthly fees and maintains records of payment and rental activity.
- Keep track of financial reporting and budgeting for property.
- Formulate strategies to address occupancy and delinquency.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 5 years of experience in residential property management.
- Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software.
- Strong experience in management of teams around 10 - 15 direct reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Impeccable customer service skills.
- Prior leadership experience.
