As Spa and Fitness Guide, you'll provide exceptional service to guests by accommodating their every need. You'll perform guest tours and issue guest amenities.
Additionally, you'll:
- Demonstrate full knowledge of the spa and fitness facilities such as exercise equipment, steam room, showers, location of lounges, and hours of operation.
- Greet all guests who enter the spa and demonstrate knowledge of services available.
- Display professional appearance and conduct at all times with both guests and employees.
- Prepare and maintain beverage station.
- Wipe down fitness equipment and replace towels in the Fitness Center.
- Monitor the Guest Lounge.
- Replenish supplies and products before they are depleted.
- Work varying shifts based on business needs, including holidays and weekends
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements: - Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment.
- Physically able to stand, bend, lean, and walk for up to 10 hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
