The Customer Care Representative handles all inbound calls from customers who wish to cancel or place their accounts on hold. This position works to retain current customers through education and understanding of the value of proper nutrition.
We strive for every employee to find success and fulfillment in their position at Balance of Nature. In order to achieve this goal, we require two blocks of training that are approximately a week each to be completed. This training experience provides the tools necessary to become successful each and every day. While at the same time making a lasting impact in the lives of our customers. The schedule for training is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

**Job Type:** Full-time preferred, Part-time available **Schedule:** Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (possible weekends) **Pay:** B egins at $15.00 p/h (Full-time) and $13.00 p/h (Part-time). Additional commissions are possible giving the potential of $15.00-$18.00 p/h or more depending upon longevity.
