****Position Summary****
Our factory in Jefferson, Wisconsin is in the southern part of the state at the confluence of the Rock and Crawfish rivers. We are one of the largest manufacturers within the area, shipping thousands of truckloads and railcars of product annually, including brands like Fancy Feast, Elegant Medley, Friskies and Pro Plan. Of this mass production, our Jefferson factory donates 1.2 million cans of food per year to support over 40 animal shelters and organizations.
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively coordinating receiving and shipping operations at our finished goods warehouse. You will also be responsible for maintaining shipping and inventory data in SAP.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
* Receive and prepare orders for production shipments.
* Reconcile and maintain all plant inventory data and shipment information via inventory management system.
* Reply to correspondence inquiries from carriers, co-packers and internal staff.
* Maintain customer product inventory and coordinate customer direct shipments.
* Reconcile disputed orders with distribution centers and the corporate office.
**Basic Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ years of shipping office or warehouse coordination experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, or military environment required.
**Preferred:**
* Experience with using SAP, EWM, or a Warehouse Management System
