Job Details
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, general clerical support, meeting coordination, vendor communications, and event planning.
Responsibilities
- Handling a 21-line phone system with no voicemail and moderate-to-heavy call volume
- Providing an ideal first impression to callers and visitors, must look polished
- Tracking office expenditures
- Coordinating special events for the firm throughout the year
- Conducting operational functions
- Managing vendors for various company meetings
- Executing administrative details
- Researching and developing new ideas and projects
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Receptionist experience
- Bachelor's degree while maintaining 3.0+ GPA
- Track record of achievement through internships, academic accolades, involvement, etc.
