Position: Plant Manager
Location: Garner, NC
Pay: Starting at $146,800/yr (Depending on experience)
Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in high-speed bottling or carbonated soda drink manufacturing experience
- Previous warehouse automation systems experience
Education: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Day Shift, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (flexible based on facility needs)
Greene Resources is seeking a Plant Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Manage 24/7 operations and supervise managers, supervisors, and warehouse employees
- Ensure seamless production and warehouse functions in a 38MM case bottle facility
- Oversee sales loading, transportation, inventories, warehouse automation systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems
- Handle coaching/counseling, hiring, terminating, and developing employees
Position Requirements:
- Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk
- Occasional lifting required
- Understanding of AIBI and ISO 2002 audit processes, and P&L management experience
- Ability to work inside, outside, next to machinery, chemicals, electricity, and loud noises
- Experience with the full range of managerial duties for employees supervised
- Strong ability to multi-task and set priorities
