Equitable Advisors offers two compensation packages:

A base salary model

A full commission model

***both include the same competitive benefit package


The Responsibilities

A Financial Advisor is responsible for educating clients on the products and services available to help them best utilize their available funds and achieve important monetary goals. This professional s job duties include:

  • Meeting individually with clients to determine their financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses and assets
  • Offering strategic advice on products and services, such as investments, insurance coverage and debt management tools
  • Securing stocks and bonds and establishing progressive savings accounts
  • Moving money from accounts per industry and federal regulations
  • Performing market research to stay current with financial trends
  • Preparing financial documents, such as income projections and investment reports
  • Maintaining compliance with all rules and regulations in the financial industry
  • Identifying and pursuing potential clients to maintain a strong client base
  • Building long lasting relationships with client base


Getting Started

The individual selected to join our wealth management team will need to:

Obtain their FINRA Series 7, 66 registrations and NV Life, Accident and Health Insurance license (Equitable Advisors will sponsor your pursuit of the required FINRA registrations).

Attend virtual trainings and receive mentorship.

Build and maintain client base, keep client plans up-to-date and acquire new clients on an ongoing basis.

Collaborate with other professionals to best support clients.

Analyze financial information obtained from clients.

Provide knowledgeable, objective financial guidance and customized strategies to determine products and services.


Important requirements:

-Must be eligible to work in the United States

-Candidate must be physically located in Nevada or willing to move within 6 mos
