Title: Material Handler-3rd shift Thurs-Sat E/O Wed 5am-5:15pm Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, US

In this role, you will assist the Operations Department, within Proprietary Product Business Units, to facilitate handling and transfer of material and inventory supply between the Warehouse and the Production Cleanroom areas. You will act as a liaison between the production personnel and the warehouse personnel to ensure smooth and efficient transfer of materials, both physically as well as in the SAP system. Maintain all operational qualifications / certifications previously held to support production needs within areas of focus in the Value Stream

+ When primary responsibility needs are met, there could be potential opportunity to support Business Operations as an Operator, if need arises. * Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and semi finished goods within the production areas assigned

* Review material inventory status within production areas assigned and request for additional material prior to shut down of production lines.

* Utilize inventory systems, such as SAP to track materials for accuracy and traceability.

* Perform cycle counts within the cleanroom production areas as defined by business needs.

* Assist Production Technicians with resin material handling, and periodic maintenance of material feed systems

* Assist in packout of production finished goods and coordinate pallet movement with warehouse to facilitate shipment to Sterilization vendor and / or end customer, as needed.

* Use Good Documentation Practices (GDP) on quality and compliance paperwork within cGMP manufacturing framework.

* Review training paperwork as necessary for completeness and accuracy.

* Other duties as assigned

* At least 2-year experience working in Medical Device Cleanroom Manufacturing environment.

* Prior experience as a production operator and / or assembler.

* Able to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors across shifts.

* Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, schedules, diagrams, and procedure manuals

* Ability to work with SAP operating systems, training maybe provided if needed

* Ability to navigate forklift if required, training maybe provided if needed.

* Ability to work with various computer software programs

* Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities.

* Able to always comply with the companys safety and quality policy

* Potential for frequent standing, twisting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking.

* Must be able to work with items weighing up to forty (40) pounds.

* Ability to learn, understand, and remember normal tasks.

* Ability to hear, speak, and understand conversation in English in a normal tone of voice.

* Ability to see and read letters, numbers, characters, or symbols and identify colors.

* Must maintain the ability to work well with others in a variety of situations.
